​Dosing charts for some commonly used medications

​ALWAYS check the strength of the medication you are giving. Manufacturers sometimes change the dosing devices or concentration of medications.  Generic versions may differ from name brands. Use the amount of milligrams (mg) recommended for your child's weight and adjust as needed.

Do not give ibuprofen to infants less than 6 months old
